I know that toner/lotion is not a must-have in your beauty regime but if you guys have oily/acne-prone skin or you usually make up like almost everyday, you should use toner. It tones your skin, leave your skin soft, supple after your cleanser stripped all moisture from your face and your skin feels tight after that. Also, toners balance your skin pH, help your serum/essence absorb easier. You can notice that your cleanser might not wash all dirt out of your face by wiping your skin afterwards with a cotton pad soaked in with toner, the cotton pad will have some trace of dirt/brownish things on them.
