When talking about juice, many people immediately think about juice made from fruits or veggies, these are all good for your health, unless they're freshly squeezed and served not more than a day (better store in cool place, such as in fridge). Otherwise, if they're juice sold in bottles, boxes, I will never believe they're natural and good for your health, even they're claimed to be 100% organic, containing no sugar/chemical... I try to drink them them as least as possible (when they are only non-alcoholic drinks served on tables and there is no water, I have no choice but drinking those juice when being thirsty). I often try to eat fruits directly or squeeze them to make juice at home. But there are one kind of juice that I can't make it at home, it's birch tree juice.
