WHAT I CAN'T STOP DRINKING: BIRCH TREE JUICE

When talking about juice, many people immediately think about juice made from fruits or veggies, these are all good for your health, unless they're freshly squeezed and served not more than a day (better store in cool place, such as in fridge). Otherwise, if they're juice sold in bottles, boxes, I will never believe they're natural and good for your health, even they're claimed to be 100% organic, containing no sugar/chemical... I try to drink them them as least as possible (when they are only non-alcoholic drinks served on tables and there is no water, I have no choice but drinking those juice when being thirsty). I often try to eat fruits directly or squeeze them to make juice at home.

But there are one kind of juice that I can't make it at home, it's birch tree juice.
Accordings to wikipedia, Birch sap is the sap extracted from a birch tree, such as a North American Sweet Birch or a Silver Birch. The sap is often a slightly sweet, thin syrupy-watery liquid. The tree sap contains sugars (namely xylitol), proteinsamino acids, and enzymes It is rich in minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese, zinc, phosphorous, iron, sodium,.. you can name a few. Birch sap must be collected during a specific time in the winter, depending on the species. Birch juice if stored properly, can stay freshly from 2-5 days.

Health benefits: they have anti-septic,  anti-parasiticanti-inflammatory, and anti-itching functions... you can find more about birch sap benefits on the internet. For me, I enjoy drinking this juice because it's not too sweet like other fruits, it keeps me cool, ease my thirst, and help my kiddeys function well. I see the improvement in my skin as well. I enjoy drinking it everyday.
