TIPS ON PREVENTING ACNES ON BACK

Winter, with many layers of clothes keeping you from losing body heat but sometimes your skin on the back just suffocates because of it, especially when you are the one who still can sweat in the freezing temperature. That's one of the reason why I got back acnes in winter (sad)
but I cannot dare to wear less warm clothes so as to sweat less. As long as I'm outside, wearing many layers, heat tech clothes is ok, but when I get into my auditorium I start sweating because of the radiators doing their job so well and taking off many layers of clothes when being already inside any classroom is not a good idea (not mention it's awkward when people seeing your pile of clothes in classrooms).
Sometimes I have to use a kinda-paper-fan to cool down the my body a little bit in order to minimize the sweating (I notice no one in the classroom/auditorium does it, except for me). I am just the one who easily sweats (don't know why, I may get this body reaction from one of my parents, but I think I should see a doctor to find out why).
So, talking about hygiene in winter, you're not supposed to shower too much in winter, (it's not good for our health and could dry out our skin), 3 times a week are enough (4 times if I work out). If I sweats, I am not always taking shower afterwards (in this day), instead, after taking off clothes, I wipe my back with my clean towel and apply some diluted tea tree oil (you guys surely already knew about acnes-treating ability of tea tree oil).
-I save body wash til the end of the shower, it means that you should use body wash after wash off hair conditioner (it is heavy so it could clog your pores on the back).
-Pour some drops of tea tree oil into your body wash and body lotion/cream
-Exfoliate your body, especially your back 2 times a week (or less it depends on how sensitive your skin is)
