REVIEW KORRES 24H-HOUR MOISTURISING AND BRIGHTENING CREAM for oily-combination skin

Courtesy of Korres.com

It's a lightweight, quick-absorbing cream which is advertised to even out your skintone. It claims to contain 84,6% natural content. Korres may not be a popular or well-known brand to Vietnamese customers but it's really popular in the rest of the world.

This is the first product of Korres which I used, I purchased just because it was on a big sale with still-long expiration date ( because who don't want to score a cheap but good deal!).
I won't list the ingredient list here so if anyone is interested, please find it on Korres website.
Now, let's talk about how this cream worked!
It doens't contain SPF so if you guys wanna use it in the morning, definitely apply sun protection under (if using chemical sunscreen) or over (if using physical) this moisturiser. However, I don't suggest using this cream in the morning due to its whitening/brighten effect. Some people don't apply enough amount of suncreen on their face and using this cream might make your facial skin more sensitive to the sun or even make your facial skintone darker than you intend to achieve (it's just my opinion, no scientific claim here).
It claims to keep your skin 24hr moisturised but please don't believe it. None of creams on the market can do this. It's more suitable to use this cream in summer than in winter because you have to apply one more moisturiser over this cream (and ain't nobody got time for that). Plus, people with dry skin will find this cream isn't moisturising enough even in summer.
This cream worked perfectly in tropical countries/ humid climate. It didn't clog my pores. It offered enough moisture for my oily-combination skin in summer (my skin have turned from dry-combination skin to oily-combination when I moved to back live in Vietnam).
2 drawbacks of this cream: it left my facial skin slightly tingling at times and tingling (without the adverb slightly) if I used a scrub or exfoliant in the first place; it's used up so quickly- 40ml for only 2 months or so.
The result: yes, my skintone are more even after using 40 ml cream of it, my dark spots left after acnes are gradually fading (I have no freckles to test how this cream works on freckles).
Will I repurchase it? Sorry, no. For me, it's expensive at its full price, it's not Holy Grail, it's used up so fast. There are yet many products out there to try.
